We are currently recruiting for a professional Car Paint Sprayer to join our team!

KEY TASKS

• To ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is of the highest standard

• To ensure that all repairs are correct first time to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle, ensuring a good colour match as per estimate

• To apply primer and finishing coats using spray guns, rubbing down surfaces between coats.

• Touch up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles.

• To ensure the maximum profit is achieved from all repair jobs in accordance with Company policy

• To report any defective items that were not covered by the original estimate to the Workshop Supervisor / Manager                                                                                                                                                                                           

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience within a busy Workshop and be a strong team player. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of spray painting technology, paint composition and mixing.

 

We are looking for a hardworking individual who can work under their own initiative.
